What are your return conditions?
1. Return window: You have 14 calendar days from the date your parcel is delivered to return the items.
2. Proof of postage: Please keep your Track & Trace receipt. This may be required in case of missing or delayed return shipments.
3. Item condition: To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use
- Products returned without their original hangtag attached
- Garments that have been altered, tailored, or customized
- Items carrying noticeable odors, including perfume, smoke, or body odor
- Returns that are missing original packaging
- Items returned beyond the applicable return timeframe
- Items that do not correspond with the original order
- Returns submitted without a completed return request or valid proof of purchase
Important Note
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your item for any imperfections or production faults before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag has been removed, we are unable to process any return or claim.
Please note that returns which do not meet the above conditions, or that are sent without prior return authorization, will regrettably not be accepted.
4. How do I start a return?
Initiate your return request by following the return instructions provided below.
Please ensure the packing slip is placed back inside the package before sending your return.
5. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and completed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
