How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your Track & Trace code. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

My tracking link isn’t working: what should I do?
This is normal within the first 24 hours after shipment.
Kindly allow some time for the carrier to update their system.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

International Shipping and Customs

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that shipping costs are calculated and paid at checkout, while any import duties, local taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient before or upon delivery. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Customers are responsible for complying with all customs laws and regulations applicable in the destination country and are considered the importer of record. While we strive to deliver all orders within the indicated timeframe, customs inspections or clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
