How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business day.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier.
Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
My tracking link isn’t working — what now?
This is common during the first 24 hours.
Please allow the carrier some time to update the system.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed, the address cannot be changed.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
What are your return conditions?
● Return window: You have 14 calendar days from the date your parcel is delivered to start a return.
● How to request a return: Register your return via our return instructions on the website
● Return shipping costs: Unless you received an incorrect or damaged item, return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
● Item condition: Returned pieces must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in their original state, with all labels, hangtags and packaging still included.
● Proof of postage: Always keep your Track & Trace receipt. We may need this information to look into missing or delayed return shipments.
How do I start a return?

Be sure to add the packing slip back inside the package when sending your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs: Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, quality control may take up to 5 business days.
Refunds are then processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We are not able to process an exchange.

Order Issues
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
Please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the item.
We will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us, we will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
My parcel shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with neighbours or your local post office first.
If the parcel doesn't turn up, email us so we can investigate.
